2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system.
Processing takes place to provide the website securely and reliably and to prevent misuse on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This is also our legitimate interest. ALL-INKL processes the data as our hosting provider and processor.
According to the hosting provider, regular web server logs are deleted after no more than seven days. Longer storage may be necessary in an individual case, particularly to investigate a security incident or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Processing by ALL-INKL generally takes place in Germany.
3. Contact form
When you use our contact form, we process your name, email address, message and selected topic in order to respond. Company and phone number are optional. To prevent automated submissions, a technical timestamp and a field hidden from human visitors are also evaluated. This information is not stored in a separate website database.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract. General enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in organised communication pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The information is sent to us by email and is not additionally stored in a website database.
Providing the information is voluntary. Without your name, email address and message, however, we cannot process an enquiry through the form. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
We delete enquiries once they have been dealt with and no statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons – such as establishing, exercising or defending legal claims – require further storage.
4. Email communication and recipients
Our email communication is processed through Microsoft 365. The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. When the contact form is submitted, the web server transfers the message to this email system. Within our company, access is limited to the people responsible for the enquiry.
Microsoft may use affiliated companies and subprocessors. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, transfers are based on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal bases and deletion principles in Section 3 also apply when you contact us directly by email.
5. Cookies, analytics and external content
This website does not use cookies, analytics or marketing services. Fonts and page elements are served locally; no content from Google Fonts, social networks or other external media providers is loaded when a page is viewed.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In particular, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is competent.
7. Security and updates
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. This includes encrypted transmission of the website via HTTPS. We update this policy when the website, services used or legal requirements change.
