What does full-service IT cost for a business in Berlin?
A typical full-service configuration is roughly €89 to €109 net per IT user per month. For smaller teams, the fixed baseline effort and minimum fee have a greater effect. Desktop PCs, notebooks, mobile devices, locations, the server operating model, business software and protection requirements also affect the budget.
Is user support included in the monthly service?
Yes. Full-service IT includes ongoing support for the managed users and systems during the agreed service hours. Distinct changes, migrations, new sites, automation and development work are scoped as separate projects.
What is included in the full-service IT price?
The estimate covers a personal helpdesk, remote support, monitoring, patch and device management, user and access administration, ongoing Microsoft 365 administration, baseline security, backup checks, documentation and regular technical coordination. The final scope is documented transparently in the proposal.
Are hardware and software licences included?
No. Hardware, Microsoft 365 and other vendor licences, cloud consumption, telephony and third-party services are listed separately. This keeps variable external costs distinct from our own service.
How reliable are the estimates?
The calculator provides a useful budget corridor, not a binding quote. Legacy issues, data volumes, specialist software and exceptional service levels can change the effort. We confirm a concrete price after a short technical assessment.
What does automation or custom software cost?
A clearly bounded automation often begins in the mid four figures. Usable custom applications generally begin in the low five figures. We work AI-native: models and intelligent automation are simply part of our toolkit whenever they make sense for the job. Scope, integrations, user roles, data quality and protection requirements determine the actual project price.
